The necessary ingredients for preparation are:
- 200 grams of macaroni
- 2 eggs
- 250 grams of sour cream
- 50 ml of yogurt
- 100g of ketchup (or tomato sauce, peeled)
- Salt, oregano and spices to taste
Way of preparation:
Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the bag, then drain well. Return them to the pot in which they were cooked. Beat the eggs until foamy, then add them to the macaroni, then put the pan on low heat. Now stir constantly, so that the eggs are “cooked” but so that they become creamy.
From the moment you pour in the eggs, stir constantly so as not to make scrambled eggs, but to cook the eggs evenly and become creamy. Remove the pan from the heat.

The necessary ingredients for preparation are:
- 300 grams of macaroni
- 2 glasses of sour cream
- 100 grams of feta cheese
- 100 grams of cheese
- 1 egg
- Salt and spices to taste
Way of preparation:
Boil the macaroni, then drain it well and pour it into a greased tray. Best with olive oil, but you can also use margarine or butter.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the feta and mash it well, add the grated cheese and one egg. Mix everything well to combine the dressing, then pour it over the macaroni. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees and bake the macaroni for a short time, more precisely for about 15 minutes, until the top crust is set
Serve the baked macaroni with sour cream and cheese while warm, with a little ketchup or to taste.
Macaroni with sour cream and bacon
The necessary ingredients for preparation are:
- 400 grams of macaroni
- 1/3 leek waist
- 300g of smoked bacon
- 1 glass of sour cream
- 100 grams of cheese
- Salt and spices to taste
Way of preparation:
Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the bag in a pan, while you prepare the dressing in the pan.
Cut the leek into rings, and fry it briefly in a pan with a little olive oil (you can also use another one of your choice). Cut the bacon into cubes and add to the pan as soon as the leek starts to smell. Stir to combine the aromas and flavors for about 2-3 minutes.
Remove the pan from the stove, add spices as desired and cream. Stir vigorously so that everything is now well combined.
Drain the macaroni well and add the prepared dressing. Mix, and at the end add a little grated cheese. Serve while warm and enjoy the delicious taste.
Macaroni with sour cream and mayonnaise
The necessary ingredients for preparation are:
- 400 grams of macaroni
- 1 glass of sour cream
- 200 grams of mayonnaise
- 2-3 pickles
- 100g of ham (or some finer salami)
- 100 grams of fried sesame
Way of preparation:
As usual, cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the bag. Then drain them well and wash them under cold water.
Mix sour cream with mayonnaise. Cut the pickles and ham into small cubes and pour the mixture over them. At the end, add the fried sesame and now mix everything well.
Pour the resulting dressing over the macaroni, and also mix well so that the macaroni is well coated. Macaroni prepared in this way can be served warm, or you can leave them in the fridge to cool down first. They are ideal as an appetizer but also as a main dish during hot summer days, or during a celebration.
