A Japanese legend says that once upon a time lived a happy man who got from his father a invaluable knowledge- knowledge of the point of longevity or point of hundred diseases.
Following the guidelines of his father, the son was massaging this point on daily bases and experienced the birth and death of several emperors. Massaging points is one of the oldest methods of treatments in the East, which has been several thousand years. In total, human body has 365 points and 12 major meridians, which is reminiscent of the amount of days and months of the year.

Activating the point Zu San Li gives you rejuvenating and healing effect and prevents aging. In China, this point is known as –“point of longevity”, in Japan –“point of hundred diseases”. Where is the magic point (Zu San Li) in our body? Point of longevity lies beneath the kneecap.
To find it, cover the knee with the palm of the same hand. Point is located between the ends of the little and ring finger, in form of a small depression between the bones. WDU you can find it in a different way. Sit on the floor, feet firmly pressed to the floor and pull them toward you, not rising your feat of the floor. You can notice that below the knee is formed elevation. Find the highest point of the hill, and put your finger on it and take the starting position.
