Mothers, Wives, Girlfriends! Here’s How to Reduce Stretch Marks After Childbirth. I Did It – You Can Too!

Stretch marks are visible lines on skin surface, and they usually appear on the abdomen, thighs, upper arms, buttocks and chest.

Mothers, Wives, Girlfriends! Here's How to Reduce Stretch Marks After Childbirth. I Did It – You Can Too!
Although pregnancy is my main excuse for having stretch marks, I have to admit that extra pounds which I gained and then lost during this period, has caused the appearance of stretch marks.
I must mention genetic, stress and overall body changes which occur during this period. Stretch marks have become my obsession so I read a lot about them.
They are very ugly and affected my self-esteem, so I stopped wearing bikini, and was ashamed of my body.
Luckily, though I did not believe in it, a friend of mine offered me an incredible recipe that supposedly should help me.
As I mentioned in the beginning I did not believe, but my friend was persistent so I tried it and the results were surprising.
I have to say the following: the stretch marks didn’t disappear completely, but now they are less visible.
What was the magical ingredient?
It is potato juice.
Potato juice is a great natural cure for stretch marks, and now I know this, because it contains many vitamins and minerals that promote the growth and renewal of skin cells.
Simple: cut the potatoes into circles, and rub the affected area for several minutes until the potato juice makes the skin wet.
Wait until the potato juice is dried and then rinse with lukewarm water.
Apply the treatment during the day. But remember, nothing happens overnight, and stretch marks are actually scars that need time to heal.
I was persistent and I applied the treatment every day.
One day I also grinded the potato and put it as a coating on my skin. I hope to stay anonymous, but I want every woman to try it and be satisfied with her appearance as I am now.
