Pain-Relieving Ginger Chai Tea
Ingredients
• 2 teaspoons honey
• 2 cups water
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons dried black tea leaves
• 1 inch ginger, peeled and grated
• 2 cardamom pods, lightly crushed
• ½ cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
Procedure:
1. Boil the cinnamon, water, cardamom and ginger for 10 minutes.
2. Add the black tea leaves in and simmer for another 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Remove from the stove and add the almond milk while stirring constantly.
4. Strain, sweeten with honey and enjoy!
