Plasma cake – the best recipes how to make it

Plasma cake is a good choice even on those days when you have no idea what to prepare. At that moment, a quick plasma cake is really the right solution, because it is ready in just a few minutes. Therefore, it is also suitable for unexpected guests, or when your family really wants to eat something sweet.

The occasion is not that important, make a plasma cake optional, and enjoy it with a cup of tea and a slice of plasma cake, and thus improve your day!

Plasma cake without crust

Here is a great recipe for a very quick preparation, the plasma cake is ready in no time. You will need some basic ingredients, which you usually have at home, so this recipe is always the first choice when you are in a hurry. The taste is definitely great, don’t worry about that.

The necessary ingredients for preparation are:

  • 300 grams of ground plasma
  • 2 bananas
  • 50 grams of chocolate
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 100 grams of margarine
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar

Preparation procedure:

Mix the margarine with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, and with the help of a mixer, beat well so that the margarine becomes foamy. Cut the bananas into rings and add the margarine. Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater, or chop it finely and add it to the mixture as well. Stir a couple of times and then add the freshly squeezed juice of two oranges.

Mix, and finally add the ground plasma. Now, you can also use your hands to mix the mixture well so that everything is evenly distributed.

Pour the resulting mixture into a suitable mold or tray, which you can cover beforehand with transparent foil so that the cake does not stick to the mold. Spread it out evenly and put it in the frieze so that it hardens well before you cut it.

You can additionally decorate the cake with a little whipped cream, sweet cream or melted chocolate. You can also sprinkle some ground plasma, so that the cake looks fantastic. Good taste is for sure.

Plasma cake with ready crusts

If you like cakes with crusts and you are not good at preparing pastry, then buy ready-made crusts, prepare a delicious filling and the cake is ready.

The necessary ingredients for preparation are:

  • 1 pack of ready-made crusts (Vincini 700 grams)
  • 500 grams of margarine
  • 250 grams of powdered sugar
  • 300 grams of ground plasma
  • 2 glasses of sour cream
  • 500 milliliters of sweet cream
  • 200 milliliters of chocolate milk
  • 2 bags of whipped cream

Preparation procedure:

First, beat the margarine until foamy with powdered sugar, then add plasma and sour cream to the whipped margarine. Mix well so that the filling is well combined and becomes uniform and creamy. Whip the sweet cream in a separate bowl, it will serve as the second filling.

Slowly remove the crusts from the package, then cover each crust with a little chocolate milk. Spread the milk so that each crust is thoroughly soaked.

Now cover the first crust with a third of the first filling, then a third of the second filling. There is another crust, then the same procedure. Then the third crust and also the same procedure. So, finish the cake with a sweet cream filling, and spread it evenly over the entire cake. Put it in the fridge to harden a little and then serve.

Plasma cake with walnuts

Another quick and very tasty cake. Nuts and plasma are a perfect match. The cake with them is sandy, that is, very soft and generous. Try it, and you will understand what we are talking about.

The necessary ingredients for preparation are:

  • 500 milliliters of sweet cream
  • 700 grams of sour cream
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • 400 grams of ground plasma
  • 250 grams of ground walnuts
  • 150 grams of plasma in a piece

Preparation procedure:

Whip the sweet cream in one bowl, and mix the sour cream with powdered sugar in another. Then mix them and mix with light movements to combine.

Divide the resulting mixture into two parts, with one part being slightly larger. Biscuits go into that larger part, and nuts go into the other, smaller part. Mix both fillings very well to make them uniform.

Now cover the appropriate mold or tray with transparent foil, then line up a row of plasma biscuits in a piece. Beforehand, you can soak the biscuit in a little milk, regular chocolate or some vegetable milk, and you can also soak it in juice. The filling with plasma goes over the biscuit, and the filling with walnuts goes over that filling.

Flatten the cake nicely and decorate it additionally with whipped cream or to taste, then put it in the refrigerator to set well before serving it.

Plasma cake with fruit

Probably the most popular, plasma fruit cake is made very often and everyone loves it. It is a favorite delicacy in summer, because it refreshes nicely and offers a rich fruit taste. You can certainly make it whenever you want.

The necessary ingredients for preparation are:

Phil I

  • 250 grams of whipped cream
  • 250 milliliters of sour water
  • 150 milliliters of sweet cream
  • 200 grams of ground plasma

Phil II

  • 250 grams of whipped cream
  • 100 milliliters of juice from drained cherries
  • 150 milliliters of sour water
  • 150 milliliters of sweet cream
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 200 grams of drained cherries

Preparation procedure:

For the plasma filling, mix the whipped cream with the sweet cream and sour water in a suitable bowl. Mix them with a mixer at the highest speed, so that when you turn the vanglu filling, it does not move. Add the ground plasma to the whipped filling, and now, with the help of a spoon, mix the filling with light movements.

Do not mix quickly, especially not with a mixer, because this way the filling will soften and melt, and it will certainly not be of any use. Therefore, mix everything gently, then distribute the resulting mixture evenly in a suitable mold or tray.

Now prepare the second filling. In a mixing bowl, mix the whipped cream with the sweet cream, cherry juice and sour water. Also beat well with a mixer, with the fact that you will need a little more time, because there is more liquid. However, beat until the filling is also thick and does not slide out of the vangle.

Then add powdered sugar and beat for another minute so that the sugar dissolves and combines with the rest of the filling. At the end, add the well-drained cherries, and also with the help of a spoon, stir a couple of times to combine everything.

Spread the second filling evenly over the first one, then additionally decorate with a little whipped cream or according to your taste. Place the cake in the refrigerator to set nicely before serving.

***Instead of cherries, you can use raspberries, or any other red fruit according to your taste. Plasma cake has a simple and nice taste, so you can add fruit, but also other random ingredients that you think will go well. You can also add dried fruit, especially raisins give a really nice taste to the plasma cake.

Chocolate plasma cake

What kind of cake is it that doesn’t contain at least a dollop of chocolate, you thought. Plasma cake can also be chocolate, and really, really chocolate…

The necessary ingredients for preparation are:

  • 600 grams of ground plasma
  • 250 grams of margarine
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 glass of Fanta
  • 200 grams of chocolate (dark, milk, for cooking…)

Preparation procedure:

Very simple preparation, and the cake is so delicious! Fanta, carbonated orange juice is used for preparation, and you can use another one if you have it at hand.

Therefore, you need to beat margarine with powdered sugar until foamy, then add ground plasma and juice. Stir with a spoon to combine the ingredients slightly. Melt the chocolate in a steamer and add it to the other ingredients, and now mix everything well so that it is well combined.

Shape the cake as you wish, in a suitable mold or on a tray, then leave it in the frieze to set. Decorate with a little more chocolate or whipped cream, then serve and enjoy the chocolate taste.

Plasma cake without margarine

Maybe you’re not a fan of margarine, and plasma cake almost always requires its use. However, you can prepare plasma cake without margarine, with its best substitute – butter.

The necessary ingredients for preparation are:

  • 300 grams of ground plasma
  • 250 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • 200 grams of finely chopped hazelnuts
  • 100 grams of raisins
  • 100 grams of finely chopped chocolate
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 250 milliliters of Fanta

Preparation procedure:

Beat the butter until foamy with the powdered sugar, then add the plasma to it. Immediately add chopped hazelnuts, raisins and grated chocolate. Mix by hand, then add eggs and fanta, and now you can mix everything with the help of a mixer or blender.

The mixture will be quite stiff, and as such it is easy to shape. You can shape it into, for example, a honey or a heart. The cake is especially good for children, because margarine is not always recommended as the best choice. That’s why prepare this birthday cake for the little girl, and for that reason, shape it into a shape that is interesting to them.

Decorate the cake according to your taste, then let it harden a little in the fridge before serving.

***If you do not like to use live eggs for the filling, you can prepare a plasma cake without eggs, by simply leaving them out of the preparation. You can pre-boil the egg yolk and add it to the cake as such.

Plasma cake with yogurt

Faster than faster! This plasma cake is ready in just a few minutes, and the taste is…mmm…

The necessary ingredients for preparation are:

  • 500 grams of ground plasma
  • 1 liter of fruit yogurt
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 250 grams of whipped cream
  • 200 milliliters of acidic water

Preparation procedure:

Mix the yogurt with the sugar, and depending on what yogurt you use, you may not need the sugar, at least not in this amount. First prepare the cake according to this recipe, and later change the amount of ingredients according to your taste.

So, mix the yogurt and sugar so that the sugar dissolves. Then add the ground plasma and stir to combine well.

Distribute the obtained filling, i.e. the mixture, evenly on the appropriate mold. Beat the whipped cream with sour water, then decorate the cake. Additionally, decorate with ingredients according to your taste (e.g. ground hazelnuts, walnuts, chocolate, pearls…) and store in the fridge to set well.

Plasma cake with pudding

It is also quick to prepare and the cake is quite generous, with a very fine, light taste. You can use the pudding you like the most, and according to the basic recipe, a pudding with the taste of sweet cream…

The necessary ingredients for preparation are:

  • 500 milliliters of milk
  • 2 puddings with the taste of sweet cream
  • 8 spoons of sugar
  • 200 grams of ground plasma
  • 150 grams of biscuits in a piece (plasma or petit)
  • 100 grams of chocolate

Preparation procedure:

Separate 100ml from 500ml of milk and stir the pudding into it. Mix the remaining 400ml with sugar and bring to a boil over low heat. When the milk in the pot boils, add the pudding that you have whipped up and cook it, stirring constantly.

Stir to prevent the pudding from burning, and to prevent lumps from forming that don’t taste very good later through the cake.

Remove the finished pudding from the stove and leave it to cool, only then add margarine to it and beat it well with the help of a mixer. Beat for a few minutes until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth. Then add the ground plasma to it, and mix everything again so that the filling is well combined.

Dip the Petit, or other biscuit you have chosen, in a little milk and arrange on a suitable tray. Spread the prepared filling evenly over the biscuits, and finally cover it all with melted chocolate. Instead of chocolate, you can use whipped cream or sweet cream.

Put the cake in the fridge to set for a couple of hours, then cut it and enjoy the delicious taste of the plasma cake.
