Ingredients for the Garlic Mayonnaise:

  • Lemon juice (half of lemon).
  • Little bit salt.
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 dl of olive oil (you can use an ordinary sunflower oil).

Note:

Depends how much of the Garlic Mayo you would like to prepare, you could enhance or lower the quantity of the ingredients proportionally.

Method of Preparation:

After you clean the garlic cloves put them into the kitchen blender to blend them or crush them and add some salt. Put the mixture into a plastic bowl and while mixing it with a mixer gradually include the lemon juice and the olive oil. The mixture will become thicker and lastly it will get a mayo texture.

Put it into a glass container and store it into the fridge.
