- 2 – 3 teaspoons of finely chopped leaves

- In a cup add the chopped rosemary herb
- Pour the boiled water over the rosemary and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes

Combine rosemary essential oil with a carrier oil (such as coconut, jojoba or or avocado) and apply on the bottom of your feet every day. Rosemary essential oil can also be inhaled by using an aromatherapy diffuser or vaporizer, or after sprinkling a few drops of the oil onto a tissue or cloth.
