Pumpkin Diet: 12 to 16 Pounds Less in Two Weeks Only!

You can apply this diet in autumn and in winter because then you can find pumpkins everywhere.

It is recommended to those who want to get rid of excess weight quickly. You need to follow the diet plan for two weeks and during this period you can lose 12-16 pounds. This diet contains healthy foods that will not only allow you to lose weight but will clear, heal and rejuvenate your body. Pumpkin is an ideal food for weight loss. It contains proteins, fats, carbohydrates, pectin and minerals (potassium, calcium, iron, zinc), vitamins from the group B, C, E, PP, A. It also has mild laxative properties. Pumpkin is unique because it contains vitamin K which helps in regulating the density of the blood, and T which regulates the metabolism, and these two vitamins are rare in other types of vegetables.

Pumpkin Diet 12 to 16 Pounds Less in Two Weeks Only!

During the diet every meal must be consumed on time. You should make the plan about the time according to your lifestyle and your daily duties. The diet includes snacks which contain unsweetened fruit, tea or coffee without sugar, mineral water.

Nutrition plan

Day 1

Breakfast: Pumpkin with carrots and lemon juice, pumpkin porridge with cereals (rice, millet or oats)

Lunch: vegetable soup with pumpkin (pepper, carrot, onion, a small amount of potatoes, green leafy vegetables and vegetable oil)

Dinner: Roasted pumpkin

Day 2

Breakfast: pumpkin salad, pumpkin porridge and cereals

Lunch: pureed pumpkin, vegetable soup

Dinner: fruit  by choice

Day 3

Breakfast: pumpkin porridge, vegetable salad

Lunch: vegetable soup and vermicelli (excluding potatoes)

Dinner: two slices of toast and pumpkin salad and pineapple

Day 4

Breakfast: pumpkin porridge, vegetable salad

Lunch: vegetable soup and simmered sweet peppers

Dinner: stew (pumpkin, vegetables and mushrooms)

On the fifth day repeat the menu from the beginning. Apply the diet until you get the desired weight, up to two weeks.

Pumpkin diet has no contraindications, but is not recommended for people who have problems with the digestive tract.

Take a walk for thirty minutes which will significantly help in achieving better results than diet.
