However, these six groups of people should avoid garlic:

- Individuals with low blood pressure – significantly reduces the blood pressure.
- Individuals who have liver problems – can cause nausea and worsen the condition.
- Individuals suffering from eye diseases – especially those who have poor health.
- People who suffer from diarrhea – stimulates the intestines and can lead to chronic inflammation.
- People with anemia – some of its components reduce the red blood cells and hemoglobin, which means that excessive use of garlic may make this condition even worse.
