Reduce Your Waist Size with 2 Tablespoons of This Simple Recipe

By using this syrup you will reduce your waist circumference and get rid of excess water from the body. The ingredients are good for vision, hearing and memory. The main ingredients of this slimming elixir is horseradish, product rich in vitamin C, potassium, vitamin B1 and B6, iron, vitamin B2, magnesium and phosphorus.

Reduce Your Waist Size with 2 Tablespoons of This Simple Recipe

Horseradish also accelerates the metabolism, reduces fatigue and stimulates the development of good bacteria in the gut.

Ingredients:

  • 125 grams of fresh horseradish
  • 4 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 2 cm ginger root

Preparation

In a blender mix the horseradish and ginger. Then add the squeezed lemon juice and mix for another three minutes. Add the honey and cinnamon and continue to mix until you get a fine mixture. The syrup should be stored in a glass jar. Consume one spoon twice a day before meals or before exercise. Consume it for three weeks, then take a break for several days.
