Salad with peanuts – recipes

Peanut salad is an ideal accompaniment to many dishes, and it can be lean or fatty.

Below we will present some of the most delicious recipes for this salad.

Recipe 1 (Chicken salad with peanuts)

Ingredients:

150 g of roasted peanuts

Chicken breast

100 g of sesame

200 g of mayonnaise

Way of preparation:

First, cook the white meat, then cut it into thin sticks. Then, put the peanuts in a cloth and crush them with a rolling pin. In a dry frying pan, fry the sesame so that it takes on a golden yellow color. Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream and add all the other ingredients to the mixture. Add salt to taste and let it sit in the fridge for about an hour before serving.

Recipe 2 (Salad with peanuts and corn)

Ingredients:

100 g of fried peanuts

500 g of frozen sweet corn

4 eggs

2 dl of sour cream

200 g of mayonnaise

Pepper, salt

Way of preparation:

Soak the sweet corn in salted water and then strain it. Also, peel the eggs, remove the shells and grate the eggs into larger pieces, and grind the peanuts. In a salad bowl, mix the sweet corn, peanuts and grated eggs, then add the mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream and mix everything well.

Recipe 3 (Lean salad with peanuts)

Ingredients:

300 g of roasted unsalted peanuts

300 g of long rice

400 g lean mayonnaise

100 g of mustard

Parsley, sesame, salt, pepper

Way of preparation:

Drain the rice and wash it with cold water, and peel the peanuts and cut them in half. Then, mix the cooled rice with the peanuts and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix the salad well and put it in the fridge.

Recipe 4 (Peanut Salad)

Ingredients:

50 g of roasted salted peanuts

300 g of peas

300 g of sweet corn

2 pickled red peppers

200 g lean mayonnaise

1 cup of rice

Way of preparation:

Cook the rice in 2 cups of water, and after 10 minutes, remove the rice from the stove and let it cool. Shell the peas and corn and chop the peppers and peanuts into small pieces. Then add mayonnaise and rice that you have cooled. Mix everything and add salt to taste.

Recipe 5 (Salad with peanuts and ham)

Ingredients:

1 cup roasted salted peanuts

1 sour cream

1 package of sweet corn

2 cups mayonnaise

80 g of ham

1 cup of rice

1 cup of mushrooms

1 fresh red pepper

2 teaspoons of salt

A pinch of pepper

Way of preparation:

Boil rice and sweet corn in separate pans. Next, chop the mushrooms, peanuts, peppers and ham. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream in a salad bowl and add all the chopped and chopped ingredients. Add salt and pepper as desired, then decorate the salad and store it in the refrigerator to cool.
