Scientists say that people with blood type A are less resilient to malaria than other blood type groups, so you can say that this blood type is weaker than the others. But which blood type is the healthiest? Which one is the most resilient to diseases?
After years of research and numerous studies, scientists have concluded that people with blood type O are the healthies and most resilient. It’s been proven that people who have this blood type have a lower risk of cardiovascular diseases, stroke and heart attack; they have fewer problems with memory and concentration and are less likely to suffer from certain types of cancer.
Because of the facts that their organism is more resilient to diseases, people with blood type O live the longest. This blood type contains fewer molecules which can cause blood cloths and lead to heart attack and stroke and that’s why they’re the healthiest of all.
What’s good for the heart is good for the brain as well so the higher the risk for cardiovascular and heart diseases the higher the risk for various neurological conditions as well. For example, it’s known that high cholesterol and diabetes which can lead to cardiovascular problems is also linked to dementia and Alzheimer, and vice versa, the lower the risk for physical problems the lower the risk for psychological as well.
