  1. Food

This type of obesity is most prevalent in the world and is caused by the excessive amount of fatty foods and sugar intake. To get rid of fat, exercise at least 30 minutes a day.

  1. Stress

This type of obesity is caused by anxiety, stress and depression. People who suffer from this type usually treat the depression with sweats. The most important is the psychological control and practicing many activities that will help you to relax.

  1. Gluten

Mainly found in adolescent women, women in menopause or with hormonal imbalance. It is important to avoid long sitting, cigarettes and alcohol, and to exercise with weights.

  1. Slow metabolism

People with big stomach often feel as a bloated balloon, with fat deposits. Most affected are those who consume alcohol or have trouble with breathing. The least you can do is to stop drinking alcohol and to focus on a diet rich in vegetables and fruits.

  1. Circulation

This is the most genetically inherited obesity, and can occur during pregnancy and in people who are prone to leg swellings. The solution is to be active or to make exercises like running or climbing stairs.

  1. Inactivity

It is a type of obesity that affects all modern humans that are inactive or spend at least 8 hours in a sitting position. Special training is required to activate the body, at least 3 times a week.
