Ingredients:

1 cup of sesame seeds

1 cup raw organic honey

Way of preparation:

First, fry the sesame seeds on low heat in a pan. Fry it for about 5 minutes, until the sesame acquires a golden color and a characteristic pleasant smell. Be careful not to burn the sesame, because in that case the taste of the sesame will be very bitter.

The second step is to melt the honey on low heat in a pan. Add sesame seeds to the honey and let this mixture boil. Then you can add the ingredients you want, be it walnuts, almonds, sea salt or some other additions. Another option is to soak the sesame seeds in a little olive oil before mixing them with the honey. These are all different variants that depend on your personal taste. So, after you have combined the honey, sesame and other ingredients, pour the mixture into a container that you have previously lined with baking paper, but make sure that the mixture is no thicker than 1 cm.

Your delicious and healthy sesame and honey dessert is ready. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then cut into cubes or shapes as desired. Store this medicinal cake in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

Recipe 2 (Sesame and honey against anemia)

The mixture of sesame and honey intended for the treatment of anemia contains ingredients rich in iron, which help in the treatment of this disease.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

3 spoons of honey

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

3 tablespoons of tahini

A few drops of vanilla flavoring

Prepare all the ingredients and mix them well with a wooden spoon. Regarding the dosage, it is recommended to take a few spoonfuls of this medicinal preparation during the day. A few minutes after taking the required dose, drink lemonade or vitamin C, as this will improve the absorption of iron.

To make delicious sesame and honey cookies for potency, you only need to mix honey and ground sesame seeds until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. You can make them into balls or cookies in some other shape. Keep them in the fridge, and by consuming them you will significantly improve your mood and potency.

If you are not in the mood to prepare honey and sesame balls, you can simply mix these ingredients and keep them in a jar in the refrigerator. Although this medicinal mixture is very healthy, do not overdo it. It is recommended to take one or two teaspoons of sesame and honey mixture daily.
