She Lost 89 Kilograms In 18 Months, And Changed Only One Thing In Her Diet

This young woman had 150kg two years ago. After she gave birth to a child at the age of 17 she began to eat without control until she became so obese that more than 30 doctors agreed that if she continues with eating so much she would have less than a year to live.

She Lost 89 Kilograms In 18 Months, And Changed Only One Thing In Her Diet

So she decided to change her way of life before it was too late. She started consuming cooked and healthy food as well as healthy snacks. In less than 18 months, she lost 89 kg due to avoiding carbs and sugary food.

This is her diet:

  • Breakfast: two eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and small piece of bacon
  • Lunch: potatoes (boiled or baked) with chili and small piece meat
  • Snack: yogurt or some fruit
  • Dinner: spaghetti with cheese and tomato sauce

At the age of 30 she was so obese, that she couldn’t walk and suffered from back pain. Now she is entitled to “Woman of the year” by the center for helping people who have problem with excess weight. Now she has a normal life and work. Her problems are gone for good.
