With soaking your feet in mouthwash liquid for half an hour a day, you will eliminate fungal infections because it contains important anti – fungal ingredients, such as alcohol, lemon juice or vinegar.

If you have a fungal infection of the hands or feet, immerse them in this liquid every day for two weeks.

In the case of “athlete’s foot”, you can put garlic as a coating between the toes and leave it for 24 hours.

If you suffer from pain caused by gout – use magnesium sulfate. This salt reduces pain and inflammation.

Use onions to get rid of calluses on the foot. Simply cut the onion into slices, soak them in vinegar and apply them as a coating on the thickened skin.

Put on a sock and repeat the procedure until the callus becomes soft and can be removed easily.

Blisters can be treated with antiperspirants. The procedure may be unpleasant and painful, but the area around the blister will dry out and the healing process will accelerate.

If you have blisters, apply some Vaseline, and then cover the area with gauze. Chili peppers are rich in capsaicin which can reduce swelling and relieve pain, because it relaxes the nerves.

According to a recent research, consumption of too much sugar is closely related to the occurrence of gout, so if you are trying to get rid of it, stop eating sugar. Instead, eat cherries and strawberries to reduce inflammation.
