Snoring. It’s one of the most unpleasant things  that can drive your family members insane. While pharmaceutical companies offer a range of products that “guarantee” a successful treatment of this unpleasant problem, there are certain natural ingredients that are also effective, and cost nearly nothing.

Snoring Can Cause Serious Health Issues. But, These 3 Foods Can Solve Your Problem with Snoring!

  1. OLIVE OIL

The miraculous oil that has numerous health benefits is also efficient in treatment of snoring. Simply take a glass of water at room temperature and add one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil into it.

For better effect, you can also grate some fresh ginger root. Drink this slowly half an hour before going to bed.

  1. MINT

This is one of the most health beneficial herbs that is known as an amazing anesthetic and antiseptic. People who have a problem with snoring advise two cups of mint tea a day. It’s best to drink one just before bedtime.

The essential oil is also very effective and is easily available at any pharmacy. Before going to bed, add a few drops of peppermint essential oil in a glass of lukewarm water and gargle.

  1. CARDAMOM

This fantastic Arabian spice is particularly loved for its unique flavor; therefore it’s often used in cooking. However, cardamom can significantly influence your health as well because it can dilute mucus and make breathing easier. That’s why it’s recommended to people who snore.

Nibble some cardamom before bedtime, or add half a teaspoon of this spice in a glass of water along with some cinnamon and honey. Cardamom is sold in health food stores.
