Water diet is carried out every other day and it is very strict!
Throughout the morning
Large glasses of water, tea or juice. If it is possible make a mixture from different types of fruit.
Depending on the time of year, fruits that contain most water are: autumn / winter: grapes and citrus; spring / summer: Melon and watermelon
Lunch
Large glass of water before meal and a cup of tea after meal. The menu has raw vegetables for salad and the amount of vegetables is optional, add vinegar, oil, lemon and spices if you wish. You can add olives in the salad. You‘re allowed to eat any type of raw and canned vegetables: asparagus, artichokes, celery, lettuce, carrots, peppers, cucumbers, onions, corn, soybeans, tomatoes…
Snack
Large glasses of water, tea or juice. A glass of milk or yogurt, 30 grams of cheese or some fruit.
Dinner
Drink a glass of water before and a cup of tea after eating, 100 grams of meat (chicken, veal) or 150 grams of fish(Hake) or one egg with vegetables and fruits.
Caution: The diet should not be carried out during the whole week, because it will cause imbalance in the body.
It can be applied not sooner than every other day, and not for long period of time, but only occasionally.
Important: Drink at least eight glasses of water a day; a diet should be rich with foods that contain
Lot of water, such as fruits and vegetables.
And finally, keep in mind that there is no diet that is absolutely good for your health. Therefore, before starting a “new” regime of diet, consult a doctor.
