Maximum sugar intake on a daily basis should be up to 35 grams, but that sugar is hiding under various names, we are not aware how much a day we enter. However, we should pay attention because excessive amounts of sugar proved detrimental to the organism. Changes the whole metabolism, promotes weight gain and is one of the main causes of type II diabetes. One teaspoon of sugar is equal to the amount of one cube of sugar, and is about 5 grams.
Your maximum daily intake should be up to 25 grams of sugar for women and 35 grams for men.
For example:
First servings of cereal with milk – 3 tablespoons of sugar
Second cup of apple juice – 3 tablespoons of sugar
Third coffee – 2 teaspoons of sugar
