  • 2 aloe leaves or 1 cup aloe juice
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 head of cabbage
  • 1/2 cup of peppermint

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put all ingredients in a juicer.
  2. Drink immediately.
