The Most Effective Homemade Remedy for Joint Pain

This recipe from the Russian folk medicine is made from simple ingredients, which almost everyone has in the kitchen.Homemade Remedy for Joint Pain

Ingredients:

    • 1 tablespoon of honey
    • 1 tablespoon of mustard (spicy)
    • 1 tablespoon of fine salt
    • 1 tablespoon of water

Preparation:

Mix all of the ingredients together and stir them thoroughly until you get a homogeneous mixture. Place the mixture in an empty balm container. Keep the balm stored in the fridge. Apply the balm on the painful place, and cover it with a plastic bag and tie it with something warm, like a wool scarf. So keep it on for 1.5 – 2 hours. The best time for the procedure is before bedtime, so that when you remove the balm the painful wrist will remain in a steady state. In the morning, wash the place where the plastic bag was. Repeat the treatment for 4 – 5 days continuously. The effect will be felt after the first procedure. Then repeat only if you feel the need for it. Before application of natural medicines it is required to consult a doctor.
