Showering is a simple way to maintain daily hygiene. However, in a hurry we sometimes do these errors and we are usually not even aware of them.

  1. Do not change the sponge regularly

The sponge should be changed every three weeks, and many of us rarely do. Well, if you knew how many bacteria are accumulating on it, maybe you would not use it because it is these bacteria that go on your own skin. Thoroughly rinse the sponge with hot water before using it, if you really want to use it. Do this after each use. And keep in mind that it must be drained and dry.

  1. Aggressive body rubs

Are you rubbing the body aggressively while showering? This is actually removing the protective layer of the skin leaving it oily and shiny. For this reason it would be useful to refrain from this form of shower and scrub performed once a week.

  1. Brush your teeth in the shower

Dentists advise brushing teeth every morning and every evening, to devote at least two full minutes of your time without any interference. And just because you do not brush your teeth in the shower, you still must devote enough time to the oral hygiene.

  1. Wash your hair every day

The more you wash your hair, the richer it becomes and creates a lack of a protective layer on the surface of the head. Therefore, the hair is better monitored every two to three days. Also, before washing it with a comb, comb your hair to reduce tampering hairs.

  1. In what kind of water are you showering?

A shower with hot water may relax you, but also remove the protective layer on the skin. That is why the skin becomes drier, and more prone to diseases. Actually the cold water has a very good effect on the body.

  1. You are wiping too hard

Intensive hair loss and skin loss of the body can disrupt the natural balance and cause dryness and irritation. Instead it is recommended to gently pat with a towel, and many suggest that maybe it is even better not to wipe off, but to apply the protective lotion on wet skin.
