BUCKWHEAT RECIPE:
- First of all, get buckwheat (fried beans). You can find it at any healthy food store.
- In the evening, pour boiling water over the beans, drain the water and pour boiling water all over again (1 cup buckwheat – 1.5 glass of water).
- You can prepare as many cups of buckwheat as you like, but start with one, then adjust to your appetite.
- Cover and leave overnight (do not boil). In the morning, it’s ready for use.
CONSUMPTION:
You can eat buckwheat as much as you want, but without any spices, sauces or salt (soy sauce is only allowed). Drink plenty of water, but not less than 1.5l per day. Green tea is also recommended. You can also drink coffee, but without any sugar. It is advisable to take the last meal 4 hours before bedtime.
During the day you can have fruits and vegetables (apples, oranges, cabbage, green vegetables, prunes,). You can eat steamed green vegetables – spinach, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, peas too. Be careful not to use any salt or spices.
