Ingredients:
- Half a grapefruit
- Half an orange
- 2 dl of chamomile tea
- 30 grams of jojoba oil
- 30 grams of olive oil
- 30 grams of coconut oil
- 5 grams of oregano
Grate the grapefruit and orange, and mix all ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Put the mixture into small containers so you could carry them with you and apply the mixture on the skin under your nose, put a few drops on a cotton ball and inhale deeply every time you feel the urge to smoke.
