Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation:

Mince the parsley, squeeze the lemon and its juice should be put in a glass of water and then consume it every morning on an empty stomach within five days and then make a ten day pause.

This juice will help you to burn calories, and the body will also be hydrated and supplied with vitamins and minerals. Parsley is an excellent diuretic and improves digestion. In five days, you can lose up to three kilograms, but be careful because the quickly lost weight can quickly return.
