Cucumber Shake – Recipe:
- 1 apple
- a cup of spinach
- 1 cucumber (unpeeled)
- 20g almonds and walnuts
Using a food processor, blend the apple, spinach, and the cucumber until you get a smooth mixture. Then, add some fresh ginger and blend again. Pour in a big glass and decorate with some crushed almonds and walnuts on top. The best time to drink it is when it’s freshly made so as not to lose its health benefits.
