Try This Egg Diet and Lose up to 12 Pounds In 1 Week!

Contrary to what people have been thinking lately, eggs are extremely healthy and are recommended even by doctors as part of a healthy eating regimen. They’re loaded with proteins, essential minerals and vitamins and give you a feeling of satiety, meaning you’ll feel full for longer.

Have you ever thought about eggs as diet food? I bet you haven’t, but eggs are the integral part of one of the best diets out there. This weird egg diet will help you lose up to 12 pounds in a week, but only if you follow it strictly. The results will be amazing!Lose-12-Pounds-in-One-Week-With-This-Weird-Egg-Diet

This is the menu for the 7 days Eggs Diet you will need to follow!

Monday

  • Breakfast–2 oranges, 2 boiled eggs, and 1 cup low-fat sour milk;
  • Lunch– 200 g boiled skinless chicken and 1 cup of yogurt;
  • Dinner– 1 boiled egg, 150 g of boiled skinless chicken and 1 orange ;

Tuesday

    • Breakfast– 2 boiled eggs and a glass of lemon juice (1 squeezed lemon)
    • Lunch– 150g  of roasted fish and 1 grapefruit;
    • Dinner– 3 hard-boiled eggs;

Wednesday

  • Breakfast– 2 hard-boiled eggs and 1 cup of warm water with one freshly squeezed lemon juice;
  • Lunch–200 gr of boiled beef and 1 grapefruit;
  • Dinner– 3 hard-boiled eggs;

Thursday

  • Breakfast– 3 scrambled eggs with dill, onion and parsley;
  • Lunch– 150 g of cooked chicken and seasonal salad
  • Dinner– 1 hard-boiled egg and 2 oranges;

Friday:

  • Breakfast– 2 carrots, 2 hard-boiled eggs and 1 tbsp. sour cream;
  • Lunch– 2 carrots and 1 cup freshly squeezed orange;
  • Dinner–  100 g of boiled fish and 1 boiled egg;

Saturday:

  • Breakfast– 150 g of low-fat yogurt and a cup of freshly squeezed citrus juice;
  • Lunch– 2 boiled eggs and 2 grapefruits;
  • Dinner– just water;

Sunday:

  • Breakfast– 2 boiled eggs and 1/2 a grapefruit;
  • Lunch– 200 g of beef and 1 orange;
  • Dinner–  just water;

Note:

This diet is pretty restrictive so if you think about starting it you might want to consult a doctor. You need to drink plenty of water during the diet and after you’re done with it eat oranges, cheese, grapefruit and eggs until you gradually return to your normal eating regimen.
