This is one – day diet and you should be on this diet twice a month maximum.
Contraindications: milk intolerance, low pressure, kidney disease and bile disease.
- 1.5 liter low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons of green tea powder
Add the green tea in the cooked milk, stir and leave it covered for 20 minutes. Then drink one glass every two hours.
Meanwhile you should drink at least 2 liters of water.
For one day, you should lose 0.5 to 2 kg, which are mainly the lost fluids in the body.
