A good program of crunches will strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, protect internal organs, prevent back pain and give you a much more attractive look.
In addition to all of the famous sit-ups, these excellent exercises will strengthen the abdominal muscles and lift the side, as well as strengthen the internal oblique of the muscle.
The exercise is done as follows: lie on your back while your arms are above your head, right leg straight and extend it diagonally forward and then bend the upper torso so that your opposite elbow is pressing towards the knee.
During this time hold the knee pressed together, and the other elbow on the floor until the bend and thus strengthen your stomach and sides.
The third exercise gives the tone of the external muscles, and that is the tossing of the knee. Lie on your back with your arms to the side, bend your knees and press them against each other. Knees should be thrown to one side and stay in this position for a short period.
Then, focus on the side of the abdomen; pull your knees back to pass. Breathe evenly and use the muscles to lift your knees, and as you will start doing the exercise more, the more you will be able to throw back your knees and use the muscles to return them to the initial position.
Proper nutrition is also important in order to regularly perform these exercises.
