With Spices Against Chemistry, Try these Spices Instead Of Painkillers!

When something hurts us, most will immediately use painkillers. There are many natural painkillers, and some of them are already there in the kitchen.

Turmeric

It helps in stomachache, irritable bowel syndrome and depression. Add half a teaspoon in the meal daily or take 400 to 600 mg capsules three times a day with a meal that contains fat.

Black pepper

It is effective in fighting arthritis, pain in the stomach and intestine problems. Black pepper was used as remedy in traditional Chinese medicine. Pepper contains substances that have anti-inflammatory properties. Freshly ground pepper should be used as a food supplement, but be careful because larger amounts can delay some drug efficiency.

Ginger

It is an ideal ally in fighting headaches. In a study from 2014, hundreds of people who have suffered from migraines were treated with 50 mg of migraine medicine or with 250 mg of powdered ginger. Two hours after the treatment, in 64 percent of those who were using ginger and in 70 percent of those who were taking the medicine, the pain was reduced by 90 percent. In the group that used the drug, 20 percent had side effects such as dizziness and fever.

Mint oil

It is best used for calming the stomach problems and irritable bowel syndrome. Instead of the oil the plant leaves can be used. One teaspoon of dried mint should be put in a cup of hot water and waited for 10 minutes, then strain it and cool it. Drink the tea 4-5 times a day between meals. Be careful because large doses may be toxic, since the pure mint is poisonous.
