For many years doctors were prescribing medications for osteoporosis in women. Alternative doctors, who recommend natural remedies against this disease, are considered to be liars.
But today many scientists agree entirely with the fact that alternative medical treatments can really help. In osteoporosis the bone density is so low that there is a serious risk of fractures even in everyday situations. In some cases, the bones become so fragile that they can break during daily activities. The best natural ingredients against osteoporosis are vinegar and calcium.
Bone is living tissue that changes constantly. If the muscles, nerves or blood lack calcium, the body takes the calcium from the bones.
Apple cider vinegar contains traces of calcium.
Vinegar can also be used for releasing calcium in the bone broth. An increasing number of recent scientific studies indicate that vinegar extracts calcium from the bones used for preparing bone broth when is added in the water in which they are cooked!
For a delicious, low-calorie chicken soup, rich in calcium you will need:
- Half a cup of vinegar
- 900 to 1350gr chicken backs
- ¾ cup small pasta shells
- 2 stock cubes
- 2 slightly beaten egg whites
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 4 liters of water
Cook 900-1350 gr chicken back (chicken wings are also a good choice) in an open pot for about 2 hours.
Strain the broth and remove all the fat.
Remove the meat from the bones and in the water, add the chicken, pasta and stock cubes. Boil the broth for 10 minutes. Remove it from the heat and immediately add the egg whites stirring constantly.
Add the parsley and serve
This soup is a healthy, low-caloric and rich in calcium!
Even such a small amount of vinegar can make a difference.
