This is quite normal as you do many things with your arms as preparing food, washing dishes, holding your children or driving a car. That is why they are more prone to skin aging than other body parts. First pay attention to how many times a day you wash your hands, how often they get in touch with bacteria and other elements of the nature. Although you may consider this quite irrelevant it is very important.

You can start with exfoliating your hands so you could get rid of the dead skin cells and restore the skin glow in the same time toning them. We are really fond of this amazing DIY recipe which contains cinnamon as it is beneficial and effective even in the most severe cases.

This mixture has unbelievable smell and is very simple and natural. You just need to mix 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, one tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of cinnamon. Then with gentle movements rub the mixture into the skin and after that wash your hands with water.
